The EasyShare package is an addon for the Nuxeo Platform that enables filesharing from the repository for a limited time with a simple link, thus allowing external users to access the content without requiring a login.

Usage

Create an Easy Share folder by filling a date of validity for the sharing as well as an email address for the person who will receive notifications. Then add documents like you would add documents to a collection. Anyone having the public URL to the Easy Share folder can then download its content without having to log in to the Nuxeo Platform. Each time a download is operated, provided email address on the Easy Share folder will receive a notification.

Installation

The EasyShare addon requires installation of the corresponding Nuxeo package.

Configuration

After the package is installed, a new collaborative space is available, called Easy Share folder and requires no specific configuration.
