Nuxeo to Microsoft365 Bridge

Nuxeo to Microsoft365 enables users to to work with Microsoft(R) Office documents directly from Nuxeo WebUI.

Key features

• Real-time collaboration and co-authoring. Users can work on documents in Nuxeo simultaneously and in real-time.
• Editing without downloading. Files are opened and edited directly by Microsoft 365 applications.
• Automatic synchronization. Changes are automatically and continuously saved back to Nuxeo.
• Multi-user co-authoring. The plugin allows multiple users to edit a document at the same time.
• Deployment flexibility. The solution is delivered as a standard Nuxeo Marketplace Package. It integrates with Nuxeo Workflows and supports multitenancy.

Security considerations

• Access rights to documents are controlled and managed directly on the Nuxeo platform,
• User authentication is handled via the official Microsoft MSAL library,
• The system displays warning prompts when a user attempts to replace a file,
• Previous file versions are stored as a backup on the SharePoint platform.
