Hotfix installation

Main correction(s) provided

• Office files attached to documents can be previewed
• Groups from readonly users can be updated
• Hierarchical vocabularies loaded by CSV can be modified
• Spreadsheet can be used when page provider definition does not contain any aggregate
• Parent entries renamed in hierarchical vocabularies are now visible
• System properties are used to set LDAP pool parameters
