Hotfix installation

Main correction(s) provided

• A blob update in an Automation chain triggered on the event "before document modification" will not cause an infinite loop.
• Tooltip and "Add content" button are distinctly displayed.
• Document types with required fields and default values can be used with structure templates.
• Translations for empty attachments have been added in WebUI.
• Document types with required fields and default values can be used with Drag'n drop.
• The export of Picture documents uses the picture filename.

New Feature

• Reassign and Delegate actions have been implemented in WebUI.

Task

• S3 Direct Upload UI is backported in WebUI.

Improvement

• The HTML editor exposes a button to view/edit the HTML source.
