SAML 2.0 Authentication

The SAML 2.0 addon allows users to authenticate against a SAML identity provider, supporting Web-based SSO with other systems that integrate with the same provider.

Usage

Once correctly installed, users can get authenticated to Nuxeo via a third party identity provider. All this happens at the login time.

Installation

The Nuxeo SAML 2.0 addon requires installation of the corresponding Nuxeo package. You also need to copy on the sever file system the metadata decriptort of your identity provider. Then, you will need to contribute to the authentication chain so as to use the SAML authentication plugin in the chain (and reference the above mentionned file for the IDP description).

Configuration

There is no additional configuration step required to start using the addon.
